Dip tends to be one of those food categories that is more often than not considered unhealthy. When I think of dips I think of football games, chips and onion dip or spinach and artichoke dip. While I love all of the above, I consider those type of dips game day indulgences. However, this Raw Cashew Dip can be savored guilt free.This dip is just as flavorful as those other dips, but is also nutritious. And with only 5 ingredients, it takes seconds to whip up! Ingredients:
- An average sized jar of organic green olives,
- 1 tsp fresh basil
- Splash of olive oil, to help blending process
- 1 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 tsp agave. or sweetener of choice
Blend all together and serve!
