If you’ve followed SugarLoveChic long enough, it’s possible you’ve noticed my love for nut milks. First my Cashew milk, then my Raw Almond milk, and now I’m really excited to share with you my recipe for Sweet Coconut Milk!
This milk is so yummy. I normally say how much I love nut milks for adding to smoothies, drinking for breakfast or snacking on. Well, this milk is so indulging, I drink it as dessert! Like all nut milks, it’s quick to make and filled with nutrients.
Yields roughly 2 servings
- 1 cup pre-soaked raw almonds
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups coconut water
- 1./2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
