Transitioning into Fall when the temperatures are still (really) warm is a delicate dance. And by a delicate dance I mean trying to figure out how to bring out the Fall accessories without suffocating. It’s all about balance! And not passing out.
I’ve still been rocking cut offs and we’re officially in October. But hey, that means a longer tan for my legs! I try and think of the bright side, even though I’d very much like to be bundled up in sweaters and boots everyday.
Anyway, that being said-once I’ve decided on some cut offs I can totally handle Fall accessories like my scarf or my buffalo plaid open dress/kimono. And since it was in the 80’s this day, boots were out of the question. And most days boots are still too premature here in Miami, so I find myself incorporating my Summer sandals into my transitioning outfits. It’s all about what works for you! And I actually love the look. As soon as the weather drops I’ll definitely be pulling out a cozy sweater and pairing it with my statement sandals. Because rules? What rules? Happy October and Happy Fall, have a great weekend!
