Simple Chic LBD Outfit

Simple Chic LBD Outfit While I have plenty of pretty little festive dresses for the season, I haven’t been ditching my usual style during this time of the year. My go-to looks usually involve basic pieces I can dress up in a cinch with a few added details. One of my go-to looks no matter what time of the year, is a simple chic LBD outfit.

Jacket: Levi’s (I sized up) Dress: Nordstrom (very similar) Heels: Steve Madden Purse: DSW (comes in 8 colors)

One of my favorite ways to top off an LBD is with a great denim jacket. I’ve owned many denim jackets throughout the years and my favorite is by far a Levi’s jean jacket. No matter what style you choose, their line of jackets all have that classic and timeless feel.

Also, I realize you can’t see it too well in these photos, but my little velvet cross body purse is just the prettiest little thing and only $20. It doesn’t look inexpensive either and comes in seven different colors! I think it would make a perfect stocking stuffer for your girlfriends too-since every girl can always use a cute cross body purse…or two 😉

I’m so bummed that my dress is sold out, but it was such a great deal I knew it wouldn’t last long. I did find this little black dress that is crazy similar to the one I’m wearing in this post. I also just bought this little black dress, it’s so dainty and the sleeve details are so pretty for the low price.

I have two favorite styles of Levi’s jean jackets, they both come in various washes, here they are:

And here are some little black dresses that are perfect for layering with your favorite accessories:
