Red Velvet Champagne Cocktail

Red Velvet Champagne Cocktail

My favorite things about Valentine’s day are the decorations and themed food and drinks. Since my hubby and I like to keep it casual and laid-back on Valentine’s Day, I usually have my holiday fun by adding pops of red and heart pattern to our home and figuring out what yummy food we’re going to cook (or order in!).

I loved making this red velvet champagne cocktail, because #1…just look at how pretty it is. And #2, it tastes like a sparkly and fizzy red velvet cake. YUM. Definitely a perfect cocktail for a Galentine’s Day gathering or sipped as a dessert drink between you and your sweetie!
