I’m closing out this year’s cocktail recipes with this Empress Gin Cranberry Cocktail. It’s a beautiful color and tastes just lovely. Gin isn’t my first choice of liquor, in fact most gins taste of too much juniper for me. However, Empress Gin has become a favorite of mine. Not just because of it’s beautiful color (it’s a vibrant purple) but because it has a softer taste that I love.
Empress Gin Cranberry Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Empress Gin
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz cranberry syrup
- .5 oz Cointreau
- splash of Prosecco
- cranberries for garnish
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine all ingredients. Pour into martini or coupe glass. Top off with Prosecco and garnish with cranberries.
