Spring & Summer Capsule Wardrobe

Spring & Summer Capsule Wardrobe by Miami petite blogger Krista Perez

I’m very excited about today’s post! With each year that passes, my capsule wardrobe becomes more and more refined into a collection of pieces I know I’ll reach for year after year-with a few trendier and of-the-moment pieces sprinkled in, of course. Today I’m sharing with you, specifically, my Spring & Summer Capsule Wardrobe.

 SHOP MY LOOK

Living in such a tropical climate like Miami, my spring and summer seasons don’t feel too different from one another. So, I end up wearing most of the same pieces in both seasons. I turn to styling options to give the look a more spring or summer vibe-but let’s be honest, they’re practically the same vibe.

In my Spring & Summer Capsule Wardrobe guide below, I did leave out some of the very obvious pieces. For instance, like a straw…well, anything straw. Since we all know spring and summer belong to straw hats, bags and shoes. Instead, I focused on other pieces that feel modern while offering a classic style aesthetic, so that they’ll be able to be worn for years to come.

Staring at the guide enough, you can picture all of the outfit combinations these 20 pieces offer. Which is the entire point of a capsule wardrobe and what I believe helps us really hone in on what our personal style is and what we feel most comfortable in. And although standing alone, these pieces feel crisp and modern, there is no reason why any of them can’t be included in a bold outfit, it’s all about style pairing. Which again, is the fun of a capsule wardrobe!
